The zing of energy and the warmth of sunshine,

mixed with joyful elation and sensational rays . . .

These are the feelings

that are flowing through my soul.

that make me whole

These are the feelings

that escape my grasp, leaving all too soon upon the wrath

I enjoy your liveliness and the warmth pouring from my heart

helping me to remember the story that was once told about my spark;

about my life, about my hope, about my inspiration, that I alone spoke

oh no, it's no hoax

Gaining more of your zing, warmth, joy, and hope

with a new found appreciation of how to cope

by just thinking on the feelings that you evoke

There, there's my hope

taking me to a place where I can elope
