Letter to My Love

If you are out there, I pray that you come find me

don't be shy or pretend not to need me

I'm here and it's imperative that you meet me

Our time awaits us, in a world that’s fated for us

but I'm afraid we won’t make it to that time line

my mind is filled with so much worry and stress with what hasn't transpired

that I can't get pass all these negative thoughts of mine

If I had a sign or a way to communicate through time

to ensure that our plan was right and on the Divine timeline

or maybe if your soul could be enlightened with mine

our love could stand the test of time

I wonder now, is this just a dream of mine

and if patience and virtue just a way to pass time

to continue on this path of mine

Maybe our worlds were crossed

and this is just a toss of an idea that's lost

I don’t know,

I just wish that I could touch not just your physical self

but your soul or the role that we had with each other once upon a time

I feel like I’m losing my mind

reach out to me lost love of mine

shine light on what it is that we had in the past
